摘 要:本文给出了车用增压器涡轮叶轮的一种新型结构——前弯后掠式叶轮。这是针对车用增压器涡轮的实际工作条件以及常规叶轮的不足,基于叶轮内部流动改善以提高涡轮的变工况适应性而提出的。文中详述了新型叶轮的设计思想及其理论和实验依据,并通过数值试验证明了前弯后掠式叶轮较常规叶轮在气动热力学机理上的改进。In this paper a new type of radial inflow turbine impeller for vehicle turbocharger is presented, which is characterized by its inlet profile of forward curved in the middle part and swept back near the shroud and hub. This new impeller is proposed to improve the internal flow fields in the impeller and thus the off design performance of the turbine, based on the actual working conditions of vehicle turbocharger turbine in consideration of the drawback of the conventional design. The design idea and its theoretical and experimental bases for the new impeller are described in detail, and the improvement on aerodynamic mechanism for the forward curved and swept back impeller, as compared with the conventional one, is confirmed through numerical analyses.
