摘　　要：资产支撑证券化(ABS)是当前颇为流行的融资方式,对ABS的概念、运作过程及其在我国国情下高速公路建设中采用ABS融资方式的优势作了分析;对ABS高速公路建设存在的风险进行识别并建立了风险评价指标体系,最后应用改进的层次分析法对其风险进行评价,并提出了风险规避策略。Asset-Backed Securitization（ABS） has been a popular project financing mode recently. The concept of ABS ,the operation process and the superiority adopting ABS financing method in the highway construction under state of our country are explained in this paper. And then distinguished the risk in the ABS highway construction, and established the risk assessment target system, finally carries on the appraisal using the improvement level analytic method to its risk, and proposed the strategy dodged the risk.
