摘  要:对锦纶66高强丝生产设备的纺丝组件、侧吹风系统、上油压丝器等设备进行了改造;降低了T4管道温度和纺丝箱温度,提高了纺丝牵伸比,生产的1 400 dtex-T4A高强力丝纤度为1 350dtex,原丝断裂强度为10.9 g/D,断裂伸长率为18.1%。By partly improving the equipment such as spinning pack,lateral blow system and oil fiber- depressor, etc. , the spinnability and drawing ratio were increased. And through reducing T4 - channel temperature and spinning beam temperature,, and improving spinning drawing ratio, etc. , the excellent 1400 dtex - T4A high -tenacity fiber was obtained,whose titer was 1350dtex, and the breaking tenacity was 10.9g/ D and the elongation at break was 18.1%.
