摘　　要：分析了我国当前土地利用规划布局的不足,对标准的元胞自动机模型的元胞涵义、规则定义等进行了扩展,探讨了元胞自动机模型在政策及相关规划约束、邻域耦合、适宜性约束、继承性约束及土地利用规划指标约束下的土地利用规划布局的元胞自动机模型。以广西东兴市为例进行了模型的仿真运行和结果分析。The deficiency of the current technique of general land use planning layout in our country is discussed, and the standard cellular automata＇s cellular meaning, rule definition etc are expanded. The land use planning layout model is presented under neighbor match promoting, constrained with suitable, constrained with inheritance, constrained with target of land use planning. And by taking Dongxing city of Guangxi autonomous region as an example, the simulatation of the model and the result analysis are made.
