摘　　要：蓄电池性能和质量的好坏对发电厂和变电站是否安全运行有着重大的影响,其性能好坏的监测已经成为电力系统稳定、安全、可靠运行的关键因素之一。本文为了更好地对蓄电池的运行性能进行监测,开发了一套基于通用分组无线业务(GPRS)的电力系统蓄电池在线监测系统。该系统可以通过远程监控终端监测蓄电池的电压、电流和温度等运行参数。蓄电池维护人员如果需要知道蓄电池的运行状况,可以向蓄电池现场监测单元发送短消息,系统由GPRS模块借助通信网络和Internet网络将参数发至手机或监控中心,从而实现对电力系统蓄电池的在线实时监测。本系统还可以设置蓄电池电压、电流和温度的报警范围,如果蓄电池出现异常,则系统自动将报警信息发送至系统监控中心或维护人员手机,从而可以使蓄电池的故障很快地得到解决。实际应用表明了本系统的优越性。The performance and quality of the battery is very important for the safe running of the power plant and transformer station. So the supervision of the battery＇s performance is a sticking point for the stabilization, safety and reliability of the power system. In order to supervise the running performance of the battery, this paper proposes a battery on line monitoring system which is based on general packet radio service （GPRS） network. This system can supervise the voltage, current and temperature of the battery through the long-distance supervised terminal. If the battery＇s maintenance person wants to know the running status of the battery, he can sent a short message to the supervision cell of the system, and then the system sents the running parameter to the mobile telephone of the maintenance person or the supervision center by GPRS module through the communication network and Internet, so the real time supervision of the battery is realized. This system could also setup the alarm boundary of the voltage, current and temperature aty of the battery, if the battery appears abnormal, the system would sent the alarm information to the mobile telephone of the maintenance person or the supervision center, so the trouble of the battery can be fixed up immediately. In practice it shows the superiority of the system.
