摘  要:试验选择体重(95±2.0)g瓯江彩鲤108尾,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复12尾鱼。各组分别在日粮中添加0、100、400mg/kg糖萜素,进行为期8周饲养试验。研究日粮中添加糖萜素对瓯江彩鲤生长性能和肉质的影响。结果表明:饲料中添加100mg/kg糖萜素组增重率显著高于0mg/kg和400mg/kg糖萜素组(P<0.05),不同试验组饵料系数和肌肉中水分、灰分、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。One hundred and eight Cyprinus carpio var color were randomly divided into 3 groups which were fed with basal diets supplemented with Saccharicterpenin(ST)at 0,100,400 mg/kg respectively for 8 weeks.Each group was 3 replicates with initial body weight of (95±2.0)g.After the feeding trial,the effect of dietary ST on growth performance and meat quality were determined.The groups added ST did not affect feed efficiency ratio and meat quality ,the group supplemented with 100 mg/kg ST significantly increased the weight gain ratio(WGR)compared with the groups added 0.400 mg/ kg(P 〈 0.05).
