摘 要:为了满足研究船舶综合电力推进系统的需要,介绍了螺旋桨负载特性仿真系统的基本原理,根据船与螺旋桨、海水的关系建立了船桨模型,参照实船数据描绘出准确的J’-KQ’、J’-KT’曲线,运用MATLAB中的RTWT工具箱和数据采集卡进行实时数据采集和实时控制,通过设置船桨模型参数对模型进行多方面的仿真,并在搭建的一台30kW的螺旋桨负载特性仿真系统进行功能性实验,获得了与仿真相一致的结果。实验结果表明,船桨模型能够准确、实时、有效的达到螺旋桨运行特性的仿真目的,为船舶综合电力推进系统的设计提供了理论基础。This paper introduces the principle of ship - propeller prototype and a ship - propeller model according to the relationship between ship, propeller and seawater, and describes the accurate curve of J' - KQ' and J' - KT'. The model realizes the real - time data acquisition and control by using RTWT and data acquisition card, and simulates by setting the parameters. Functional experiments based on a 30kW ship - propeller prototype have been carried out, and have reached consistent result with simulation. The simulation and experimental results indicate that the ship- propeller model can correctly and effectively satisfy the dynamic characteristics of the ship- propeller, and provide a good reference for Marine Synthesize Electtic Propulsion System.
