摘 要:采用多因素交叉试验设计,探讨了不同盐分类型、盐分浓度以及温度对盐节木(Halocnemum strobilaceum)种子萌发的影响。结果表明:15~25℃范围是盐节木种子萌发的最适温度范围,5~15℃和25~35℃的变温不利于种子萌发;最适温度下,单盐和土盐浓度分别小于0.96%和0.6%(电导率小于9.375dS/m)时可促进种子萌发,当浓度分别高于0.96%和0.6%(电导率大于9.375dS/m)时,单盐处理下的种子萌发率随浓度升高而降低,土盐处理下的种子萌发率随浓度升高表现为先升高后下降,但2种盐处理下的平均种子萌发率差异不显著(P〉O.05),非最适温度下,2种盐处理下的平均种子萌发率差异显著(P〈0.05)。由此得出:盐分浓度和温度是影响盐节木种子萌发的关键因素,土盐对种子萌发的抑制作用较单盐的小。The multiple-factor cross over design was adopted to explore effects of different salt types, salt concentrations and temperatures on Halocnernurn strobilaceurn seed germination. The results showed that the optimal temperature of seed germination was 15-25℃. However,germination rate was lower under 5-15℃ or 25 - 35℃. In the range of the optimal temperature, seeds germination was promoted below 0.96% NaC1 or 0.6% mixed sah(E. C. below 9. 375 dS/m)respectively. The increase of NaC1 from 0.96% progressively inhibited germination,but the increase of mixed salt from 0.6% (E. C. above 9. 375 dS/m), the germination rates increased and then fell down. The differences of mean germination rates between mixed salt and NaC1 treatments were not significant(P〉0.05). However,the differences of mean germina- tion rates between mixed salt and NaC1 treatments were significant(P〈0.05)in the range of the nonideal temperature. In conclusion:tie key inhabiting factors of germination were salt concentration and tempera- ture and compared to mixed salt,NaC1 was more harmful to germination.
