摘　　要：本文介绍了以中国电信"全球眼"业务为代表的运营级视频监控业务的整体情况,分析了运营商现阶段发展行业大客户的意义和可行性,提出了运营商发展行业监控大客户的优势和对策。This article takes Megaeyes service of China Telecom as an illustration to introduce the overall situation on the video surveillance industry, analysises the significance and feasibility to developing big industry customers for operators, and puts forward the superiority and the countermeasure for the operators.
