摘 要:用热分析方法(TGA和DTA)研究了60Co-γ射线辐射合成的聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)水凝胶的吸附水状态,用IR光谱研究了热分析过程中PAM聚合物样品的稳定性,发现了水凝胶的吸附水处于3种状态:结合水,弱结合水和自由水,而且结合水的含量具有饱和性。Synthesis of PAM (polyacrylamide) hydrogel and states of water adsorbed in PAM hydrogel were described in this paper. The PAM hydrogel was synthesized by 60 Co γ ray radiation polymerization in aqueous solution. The states of water adsorbed in moist and moisture free PAM hydrogel samples were directly studied by thermal analyzer (TGA and DTA), and the stability of dry PAM hydrogel polymer in the process of thermoanalysis was investigated by FT IR. As a result, the water adsorbed in PAM hydrogel displays three different states: (a) bond water, (b) weak bond water, (c)free water (or ordinary water); and the content of bond water adsorbed in PAM hydrogel reaching swelling equilibrium has saturability. Hence, this conclusion lays a foundation for the application of PAM hydrogel in medicine and chemical engineering.
