摘 要:采用不同体积比的石英彬锰砂混层滤料处理含铁、锰的人工配水,考察了对铁、锰的去除效果及其影响因素。试验结果表明,各混层滤料对铁都有很好的去除效果;滤后水中的锰含量随着运行时间的延长而呈现出逐渐降低的趋势,且石英砂与锰砂的体积比为3:7的混层滤料对锰的去除效果要好于体积比为7:3的,但其水头损失增长较快;混层滤料去除铁、锰的最适pH值为6.0~7.5,反冲洗强度宜采用13L/(s·m^2)。The quartz sand/manganese sand mixed layer media with different volume ratios were used to treat synthetic groundwater containing iron and manganese. The removal efficiencies of iron and manganese and their influencing factors were investigated. The results indicate that high iron removal rate is achieved through the mixed layer media. The manganese concentration in the filtered water is decreased gradually with the prolongation of operation time. The quartz sand/manganese sand mixed layer media with volume ratio of 3 : 7 have better manganese removal efficiency than that of 7 : 3, but the water head loss is increased rapidly. The optimal pH and backwashing intensity for iron and manganese removal should be controlled at 6.0 to 7.5 and 13L/(s·m^2) respectively.
