摘 要:利用基于污水处理模型的智能软件——城市污水处理厂运行决策支持系统(ODSS),对哈尔滨太平污水处理厂冬季运行情况进行了定量模拟优化,确定了好氧段水力停留时间和剩余污泥排放量,并对不同进水水质情况下的内回流比、污泥回流比和溶解氧浓度进行了模拟。结果显示,过渡段曝气长度宜控制在过渡段全长的80%左右,剩余污泥排放量宜控制在2000m3/d左右;对污泥回流比、内回流比和溶解氧浓度的控制可根据进水污染物浓度选取能源利用率最高的方案。The quantitative simulation and optimization of operation of the Harbin Taiping WWTP in winter were carried out by using the intelligent software based on the wastewater treatment model, namely operation decision support system (ODSS) for municipal WWTP. The optimal aerobic HRT and discharge rate of excess sludge are determined, and the internal reflux ratio, sludge reflux ratio and DO concentration under different influent qualities were simulated. The results show that the aeration length of the transition stage should be limited to 80% of the total transition length. The discharge rate of excess sludge should be controlled at around 2 000 m3/d. As for the control of sludge reflux ratio, internal reflux ratio and DO concentration, a scheme achieving maximum energy utilization rate should be selected according to the influent pollutant concentration.
