摘  要:采用外压式超滤装置作为海水反渗透淡化工艺的预处理工艺,直接以海水为超滤装置的进水,进行了为期80 d的中试,考察了超滤装置的预处理效果。结果表明,在控制膜通量为60L/(m2.h)的条件下,该超滤装置的产水浊度<0.2 NTU、SD I15值<3.0,且产水浊度不受进水浊度变化的影响;系统对胶体硅、总铁和CODMn的平均去除率分别约为70%、90%和50%,且基本滤除了海水中的细菌。整个中试期间,超滤膜的跨膜压差仅略有上升,适当的水洗反冲洗和气洗操作可使超滤装置的化学清洗周期超过2个月。The pilot-test was conducted for 80 days by using outside-in uhrafiltration equipment for reverse osmosis pretreatment in the seawater desalination process and untreated seawater as the influent. The pretreatment effect of the ultrafiltration equipment was investigated. The results show that when the membrane flux is controlled at 60 L(m^2·h) , the outflow turbidity and SDI15 are below 0.2 NTU and 3.0 respectively, and the outflow turbidity is not affected by the inflow turbidity. The average removal rates of colloidal silica, total iron and CODMn in the system are 70%, 90% and 50% respectively, and the bacteria in seawater are removed basically. Throughout the pilot-test, the transmembrane pressure experiences a slight increase only, and the appropriate water backwashing and air washing can prolong the chemical washing period to over 2 months.
