摘　　要：介绍了一种用于内燃机气缸部位密封的氟橡胶涂层金属垫片的制备方法。研究了底材的表面处理方法、涂胶施工工艺、硫化条件等对该种密封垫片最终性能的影响,所制备的氟橡胶涂料垫片,可满足内燃机发动机的工况要求。The preparing method of fluoroelstomer （FKM） coat-metals Gasket that used for the seal of the internalcombustion engine cylinder was introduced. The impaction of metal surface-disposed method, painting techniques and vulcanization craft condition were researched, this FKM coat-metal gasket was proved to meet the demands of internal-combustion engine working conditions.
