摘　　要：目的探讨多媒体教学的效果。方法将78例手术患者病例制作成多媒体课件,利用晨会时间由手术者为全科医护人员讲授,组织学习相关专业知识。结果护理人员理论考试成绩提高(P<0.05);患者和医生对护理工作满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论多媒体教学是提高护理工作满意度的有效方法。Objective To investigate the effect of multimedia teaching in nursing practice. Method The multimedia courseware of 78 operative patients were made and explained by the operators for the medical staff in the morning shift handover. Results This practice improved nurses＇ theory performance （ P 〈 0.05 ） and increased patients＇ and doctors＇ satisfaction with nursing （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The multimedia teaching is proved to be an effective means to improve the quality of nursing.
