循证护理应用于儿童慢性扁桃体炎的实践与效果

摘　　要：将循证护理应用于解决儿童慢性扁桃体炎手术后患儿焦虑、紧张的心理状态、术后疼痛、术后出血、呼吸道阻塞问题的护理实践。根据不同年龄段,采取行为语言等措施缓解患儿焦虑、紧张的心理状态;使用芒硝冰袋冷敷、放松疗法等措施解除疼痛;严格掌握手术适应证,加强口腔护理和饮食指导,防止术后出血;专人监护手术后麻醉苏醒期患儿,及时清理气道内分泌物。This paper introduced how to apply evidence - based nursing to relieve children＇ s anxiety,postoperative pain, postoperative bleeding and respiratory obstruction in children with chronic tonsillitis. According to patients＇ age,different body languages were used to relieve children＇ anxiety. The measures of cold compress of mirabilite ice pack and relax treatment were used to relieve postoperative pain. In order to prevent postoperative bleedlng,the indications of operation were controlled strictly,and oral care and diet instruction were strengthened. Moreover, a specified nurse was assigned to monitor the children during the transition period from anesthesia and clear the respiratory tract excretion in time.
