摘　　要：根据预测到2030年代,上海市老年人口将约占户籍人数的40%,老年居住问题将逐渐上升为上海城市居住的主要矛盾。文章通过对上海市1141位老年人及281位中、青年人进行问卷调查,试图分析上海未来老年人的居住需求,为未来政府决策、法规制定、理论和工程实践提供参考。According to the forecast of demography in 2030, Shanghai senior citizens will take 40 percent of the total fixed residents. Through the analysis on the questionnaire from 1141 senior citizens and 281 middle-aged people in shanghai, we try to find out the real needs of Shanghai senior citizens about their residence in future.
