自体大张中厚皮片修复功能部位创面的应用研究

摘　　要：目的总结功能部位创面用大张中厚皮片修复后的疗效。方法1994年以来对功能部位创面采用自体大张中厚皮片移植102例,136个部位。结果皮片成活95%以上者占94%,皮片成活85%-94%者占6%。1-2年后随访81例,77.3%功能及外观均满意。结论该技术操作简单,皮片成活良好,外观平整,皮肤弹性好,修复区无功能障碍,避免后期整形。Objective To observe the effect of the repair of wounds in functional location by autografting a large piece of midthick skin. Methods Since 1994,the wounds in functional was repaired with large piece of mid-thick skin graft for 102 cases（136 rejions）. Results Out of the 136 rejions,the survival ratio of the grafted skin was over 95% ,which was 94% of all. The other＇s survival ratio was 85%-94%. The follow up was done 1-2 year after operation for 81 cases,77.3% of all the function and outward appearance of these operative rejoins were very satisfactory. Conclusion This technique is simple to operate, and it is easy for the split-thickness skin grafts to survive. After surviving, the grafts are smoothwith good elasticity,no functional disturbance is left,late plastic operation is avoided.
