超声导向穿刺硬化治疗腹腔囊肿临床评价

摘　　要：目的评价超声引导无水乙醇硬化治疗腹腔囊肿的疗效及安全性。方法超声引导下对579例患者601个腹腔囊肿用无水乙醇行囊肿穿刺硬化治疗。结果601个囊肿共穿刺743次,其中735个为一次穿刺成功,成功率98.9%,8个二次穿刺成功。治愈557个,显效44个,治疗有效率100%(601/601),治愈率92.67%(557/601)。结论超声引导穿刺硬化治疗囊肿安全、有效。Objective To estimate the effective rate and safety of therapy that celiac cysts were injected with sclerosis drugs as absolute alcohol guided by ultrasound. Methods Under guiding hy ultrasound,601 celiac cysts of 579 patients were injected with absolute alcohol. Results During 743 centesis of 601 cysts, 735 were successful made with one time and it＇s sueecssful rate was 98.9%. Others with two times. 557 cysts were cured,and 44 were seemed remarkably effect. The effective rate was 100% （601/ 601）and the curing rate was 92.67%（557/601）. Conclusion Which cysts were injected with sclerotherapy guided by ultrasound is safe and effective ,and may replace operating treatment. It has become the first therapy of treating cysts.
