武术套路运动员赛前身体机能、心理及技术状态与比赛成绩的相关研究

摘　　要：通过生理、生化、心理测试和运动员自我监控研究了10名武术套路运动员赛前身体机能、心理状态和技术状态与比赛成绩的相关关系。研究结果显示,赛前训练中的血红蛋白、白细胞、血尿素等3项生化指标与比赛成绩的关系经统计学检验具有显著性意义;POMS量表中紧张、慌乱等2个心理因子与比赛成绩的关系经统计学检验具有显著性意义;运动员自我监控指标中"技术、难度、情绪"等3项指标与比赛成绩的关系经统计学检验具有显著性意义。Based on physiological, biochemical and psychological tests and self-monitor of ten wushu form athletes,this paper tries to provide coaches with scientific ways to get athletes at the optimal state for competition by useful monitoring indexes and principles from the correlation study between pre-competition physical mechanism, mental state, technical state and perform- ance. The result indicates that correlative statistical tests for the biochemical indexes of and performance; test for the factors of anxiety and uneasiness in the POMS and competition performance and test for the self-monitoring indexes of technique, difficulty and mood and performance all have significance meaning.
