摘  要:目的:对铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性进行调查并研究药物联用后对铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌效应,指导临床合理用药。方法:利用K-B法对本院2005年12月-2006年12月鉴定的铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性进行分析,并筛选出49株铜绿假单胞耐药菌株,采用试管二倍稀释法检测其3种β内酰胺类抗生素:头孢他啶、头孢哌酮、头孢吡肟与喹偌酮类的加替沙星联用后的FIC指数。结果:加替沙星与头孢他啶、头孢哌酮、头孢吡肟联用均有协同和累加作用,抗菌活性明显增强。结论:对抗多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌,联合用药是有效的治疗措施。Objective To investigate the resistance and study the drug combination on the inhibition of pseudomonas aeruginosa and offer reasonable experimental data for clinical therapy. Methods Kirby-Bauer method was used in our hospital from October 2006 to January 2007 to analyze the drug resistance of identification of pseudomonas aeruginosa and 49 strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa were selected out. The fractional inhibitory concentrations of three β-lactam antibiotics which concluded ceftazidime, cefoperazone, cefepime andgatifloxacin of aminosugar glucoside class antibiotics were measured by grade dilution method. Results Netilmicin showed a synergism additive antibacterial effect. Conclusion For multi-drug resistance pseudomonas aeruginosa, the combination is a good drug strategy.
