我国大学城体育场馆经营模式探讨

摘　　要：采用文献资料综述法对现阶段我国大学城体育场馆向社会有偿开放的可行性进行了分析,并对有偿开放的措施和方法提出了几点建议,如大学城高校体育场馆进行联盟实现规模经营,建立专门的体育场馆管理机构,聘用专业的体育经纪人,在满足学校体育教学、训练的基础上,体育场馆实行对外有偿经营,为体育场馆的维护及改进筹措资金,减轻上级部门的财政负担。Through using the method of literature review, this paper analyzes the feasibility of our sports ground and gymnasiums in university city paid opening to the society at present stage, and proposes several suggestions to its measure and method, for example, university gymnasiums and sports ground in university city carry on the alliance to realize large -scale management, establish the special management structure, hire the specialized sprts manager, and based on fulfilling the school sports teaching and training,gymnasiums and sports ground implement the external paid management in order to raise the fund for its maintenance and the improvement, and reduce the higher authority department financial burden.
