摘　　要：教练员的选拔工作是提高训练效果的关键,高水平竞技运动的发展离不开科学的训练方法和高质量的比赛,但更离不开的是对教练员合理有效的科学选拔。本文对江苏省体育运动学校的部分教练员和专家进行了调查,目的是提出科学的选拔教练员方法。It is a key to improve the training effect in the selection of coach. The development of high level sports can not get away from scientific train method and high quality competition, especially for rational selection on coach. This paper makes investigation on some coaches and experts in Jiangsu sport school in order to provide the scientific selection method.
