摘　　要：目的探讨超声心动图诊断先天性肺静脉狭窄的诊断价值。方法对4例超声心动图诊断为先天性肺静脉狭窄患者的超声图像特征进行回顾性分析,并结合文献探讨超声心动图诊断先天性肺静脉狭窄的价值。结果4例中1例为管状狭窄,3例为隔膜状狭窄;4例肺静脉狭窄部位均位于与左房连接处;1例患者为两支肺静脉狭窄,其余3例患者均为一支肺静脉狭窄;4例患者均合并先天性心脏病,其中2例经CT血管造影证实。结论超声心动图可准确评价先天性肺静脉狭窄。Objective To evaluate the value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of congenital pulmonary vein stenosis.Methods The characteristics of echocardiography images were retrospectivly analyzed in 4 patients with congenital pulmonary vein stenosis.Results In four cases,one was found to be tubular stenosis and three were diaphragmatic stenosis.All the pulmonary vein stenosis was localized at venoatrial junctions.One had two veins and three had one vein involved.Four patients were found to accompany with other cardiac abnomalities.Two of 4 were all confirmed by CT angiography.Conclusions Echocardiography plays an important role in diagnosis of congenital pulmonary vein stenosis.
