摘　　要：中国体育仲裁的范围应当宽泛界定,对竞技体育活动应当从宽理解。中国体育仲裁的范围在立法上应尊重国际惯例,既要按照《体育法》的规定限制在竞技体育活动领域,受理体育专业的可仲裁性纠纷,又要尊重当事人的意愿,对于当事人自愿提交体育仲裁机构的包含体育因素的商事纠纷,体育仲裁机构应当受理。The scope of sports arbitration in China should be broadened, while competitive sports activities should be apprehended from a broader perspective. International practices should be respected for the legislation of the scope of sports arbitration in China. We should not only restrict the scope within the area of competitive sports activities and process arbitrable sports disputes according to the stipulations of the Sports Law, but also respect the will of the parties concerned; the sports arbitration institution should process sports factor related business disputes submitted willingly by the parties concerned to the sports arbitration institution.
