摘　　要：县级有线电视网络大都存在私拉乱接、假报停、恶意拖欠收视费现象,阐述加解扰技术在县级有线电视网络的应用情况,通过实施加解扰,整改、优化了有线电视网络,提高了用户的缴费率,提升了县级广电网络公司的管理水平,在县级数字电视整体平移前,可尽快组织实施加解扰项目。Private and random connection, fake information about disconnection and delayed payment are common matters. This article analyzed the implementation of analog encryption/decryption system in an Anhui radio ＆ television information network Co. , Ltd.. This technology can optimize the cable TV network, increase payment rate of users and improve the management of the county cable TV companies. And this technology should be implemented as soon as possible before the whole transition of county level digital television.
