摘　　要：目的:探讨心脏瓣膜置换术患者围术期的护理方法。方法:对200例心脏瓣膜置换术患者,手术前后给予精心护理,加强支持治疗和并发症预防。结果:本组197例存活,心功能明显改善,3例死亡。结论:对心脏瓣膜置换术患者加强围术期护理,可促进患者康复,提高存活率。Objective： To explore the nursing methods in perioperative nursing care for patients with heart valve replacement. Methods ： Careful nursing care, supportive treatment and prevention of complication were carried out before and after operation. Results： One hundred and ninety seven patients out of all the patients survived and had improvement in heart function; 3 died. Conclusion： Strengthening perioperative nursing care can promote patient＇s recovery and increase survival rate.
