播期、密度和氮素运筹对小麦品种烟农19粘度仪参数的影响

摘　　要：根据灵璧县的生产条件,通过播期、基本苗和施肥量试验,分析各个因素对小麦品种烟农19淀粉粘度仪参数的影响。结果表明,播期对粘度仪参数的峰值粘度、低谷粘度、稀懈值、反弹值和最后粘度等5个淀粉品质性状的影响达5%水平显著;合适的播期、适当的基本苗和施肥量,可以改善该品种的淀粉粘度仪参数。讨论了小麦品种烟农19的淀粉品质性状改良等问题。According to the cultivating condition of the Lingbi County,Anhui Province,through sowing time,basic seedling number and fertilizing test,each factors＇ effect on parameters of RVA of the wheat variety Yannong 19 were analyzed.The result showed that the Peak Viscosity,Hold-trough,Breakdown,Setback and Final Viscosity of the RVA parameters were 5% significant in F test of variance analysis.The proper sowing time,suitable basic seeding number and fertilizing application could improve the RVA parameters of the wheat variety Yannong 19.Some question of the starch traits of Yannong 19 were discussed.
