阿拉善荒漠区5种锦鸡儿属植物花粉形态研究

摘　　要：采用扫描电镜(SEM),对内蒙古阿拉善荒漠区5种锦鸡儿属(CaraganaFabr.)植物的花粉形态进行了详细的观察描述。掌握了5种锦鸡儿属植物花粉粒在扫描电镜水平上的形状、结构、大小、表面纹饰、萌发器官的类型及数量等形态特征。为我国干旱、半干旱地区的生态建设、环境保护、植物分类及遗传育种等相关研究提供了可靠的孢粉学参考,并具有重要的科学价值。Pollen morphology of 5 plants species of Caragana Fabr in Alaskan desert was examined and described under Scanning Electronic Microscope（SEM）.Their characters on the level of SEM,such as their shape,size,surface ornamentation germinator and quantity,etc were mastered.Based on the data analysis,in the present paper reliable referenced materials for correlative researches,such as ecology construction,environmental protection,geology and landforms,plant taxonomy and genetic breeding,etc were provided.
