摘  要:[目的]测定14种中草药粗提物对菜青虫幼虫的拒食活性,为开发新的杀虫植物提供理论依据。[方法]以乙醇为提取溶剂提取14种中药植物中的活性成分,并通过叶碟法测定14种中草药粗提物对菜青虫3龄幼虫的非选择性和选择性拒食活性。[结果]14种中药植物中,厚朴、小茴香、吴茱萸和黄柏的乙醇提取率较高,分别为12.80%、11.45%1、0.54%和10.24%。14种中药粗提物对菜青虫3龄幼虫有不同的拒食活性,其中半枝莲、吴茱萸、黄柏效果较好,选择拒食试验中它们的平均拒食率分别为100%、96.07%和84.46%,而非选择性拒食试验中其平均拒食率分别为100%8、4.01%和76.20%。[结论]半枝莲对菜青虫具有很好的拒食作用,其分布广泛,可为菜青虫的生物防治提供充足的原材料。[Objective] The research aimed to determine the antifeedant activity of crude extracts from 14 species of Chinese herbal medicine to Pieris rapae L.and provide theoretical basis for developing new insecticidal plant.[Method] With ethanol as extracting solvent,active components were extracts from 14 kinds of Chinese medicinal plant and the non-selective antifeedant activity and selective antifeedant activity of crude extracts from 14 species of Chinese herbal medicine to 3rd-instar larva of Pieris rapae L.by by leaf disc method.[Result] Among 14 species of Chinese herbal medicine,the ethanol extraction rates of Magnolia officinalis,Foeniculum vulgare,Evodia rutaecarpa and Phellodendron amurense Rupr.were higher,being 12.80%,11.45%,10.54% and 10.24% respectively.Crude extracts from 14 species of Chinese herbal medicine had different antifeedant activities to 3rd-instar larva of P.rapae.And the effects of Scutellaria barbata,E.rutaecarpa and P.amurense were better,their average antifeedant rates in selective antifeedant test were 100%,96.07% and 84.46% resp.and that in non-selective antifeedant test were 100%,84.01% and 76.20%.[Conclusion] M.officinalis had better antifeedant effect on P.rapae and it had broad distribution,which could provide abundant materials for biological control of P.rapae.
