西北地区区域旅游联动开发研究

摘　　要：西北5省区地缘关系紧密,旅游资源丰富,极具开发潜力。在西北地区实行区域旅游联动开发,有利于发挥西北地区资源优势,克服局限因素,开创旅游业发展的新局面。从政策、地缘、资源、市场4方面分析了西北地区实施区域旅游联动开发的基础,重点提出了西北地区区域旅游联动开发战略,对西北地区旅游业的发展具有切实的意义。According to the service data of pressure tap＇ data,the macroscopic model of water distribution system in Xi＇an was founded by means of statistical regression analysis,which was based on present status of water distribution system and pressure tap＇s data which was selected by integrated utilization of correlative variable coefficient and variable standard deviation of pressure tap＇s data.On the whole,the model,which was the base to schedule the water supply of every water plant,can reflect relation of the quantum of water supply and hydraulic pressure.
