新时期城乡统筹理念在县域城镇体系规划中的运用

摘　　要：城乡统筹理念在规划中的运用已成为解决当前城乡发展问题、落实科学发展观的必然要求。县域作为宏观地域与微观地域的结合点,是有效实施城乡统筹理念的最佳地域单元。针对传统城镇体系规划"重城轻乡"的特点,应重点从城乡功能协调、空间利用协调、基础设施与社会服务设施统筹等方面具体实现城乡统筹。The principle of urban and rural harmonious development is inevitable in the planning program,which has become a request to resolve the current development problem and carry out science development view.The county area which has the best combination unit from macroscopic to microcosmic is important to bring the principle of urban and rural harmonious development into effect.The realization of urban and rural harmonious development which aims at the characteristics of the traditional urban system planning that urban is more important than rural emphasizes harmonization of function,spatial structure,infrastructure and the social service facilities etc.
