由滨江时代走向跨江时代——南京市跨江发展策略研究

摘　　要：南京市于2006年正式提出了跨江发展的重大战略决策,由此昭示着南京跨江时代的来临。通过分析南京的现状,认为其已具备跨江发展的基本条件。同时,在总结归纳国内外跨江跨河发展成功经验的基础上,指出南京实施跨江发展过程中应明确江北的功能定位,完善跨江通道建设,优化空间布局结构,并通过产业带动、大事件营销及政策扶持等措施,加快推进跨江开发。River-span development was put forward as an important strategic decision by Nanjing government in 2006,which indicated the coming of Nanjing＇s river-span era.In this paper based on the analysis of status quo of Nanjing,it was figured out that Nanjing had essential conditions of river-span development.Then,several successful experiences about river-span development at home and aboard were summarized.Finally,it was pointed out that,to propel the process of river-span development,the government should define orientation of Nanjing North of the Yangtze River exactly,promote construction of river-span channels,and optimize spatial structure of distribution.Additionally,the government needed to takes some stimulative measures such as industry development,great-event marketing,and policy assistance to promote river-span exploitation.
