摘　　要：为了解决逆向工程中三坐标测量机测量数据与CAD/CAM系统之间的数据交换问题,研究了VDA-FS文件并设计了基于VDA-FS文件格式的数据转换模块,利用Quindos测量语言编制数据转换文件程序,实现了将测量机的点位数据转换为标准的VDA-FS格式文件。经过测试,几何数据转换完整,结果可靠。In order to solve the data exchange between the measuring data of CMM in the Reverse Engineering and the data in CAD/CAM system, the structure of VDA-FS files is studied, and a data exchange module based on VDA-FS format is designed. Furthermore, the exchange program is compiled by the Quindes measuring language. The module achieves the data exchange from the point information in the measuring data to the file of standard VDA-FS. Tests prove that the geometric data is exchanged completely and the result is reliable.
