摘　　要：介绍了硬胶囊充填机嵌入式控制器的设计,采用嵌入式微控制器作为硬胶囊充填机自动控制器的核心器件,320×240LCD显示器和数字式触摸屏作为人机界面,实现了硬胶囊充填机生产过程的自动控制。设计的嵌入式控制器具有中文人机界面,生产工艺参数具有实时在线修改等功能。该嵌入式控制器已配套硬胶囊充填机批量生产。An automatic controlling system used for hard gelatin capsule filling machine was presented, which was designed with Embedded Microcontroller and 320 × 240 LCD and Touch Screen Interface. The production process of hard gelatin capsule filling machine could work automatically, display in Chinese and the process pa- rameters could be revised on-line. And this automatic controlling system has been applied on a small scale.
