论我国民法的善意保护制度

摘　　要：善意保护制度已经成为各国民法的一项基本制度,为大多数国家民法所明文规定。我国自从善意保护立法以来,已经将其主要旨意融入民法的立法精神中。目前,我国的善意制度保护在物权领域,法律行为领域和债权领域等各方面都得到了很好的体现,在我国民事法律制度上取得了诸多成就。The proposing about protection in good faith system has provided market transaction with a system balance safeguard. This system has already melted its main purpose into the civil law＇s legislation spirit. At present, this system has obtained good application in the real right domain, the legal act domain and the creditor＇s right domain and so on various aspects. This article will make a systematic arrangement from its existence necessity and its solid service aspect, elaborating the current achievement about protection in good faith system in civil law.
