对艺术体操教学中准备活动的研究

摘　　要：艺术体操教学的准备活动内容与基本教材结合紧密,互相渗透,具有同一性。艺术体操的准备活动能培养学生的节奏感和协调性以及正确的身体姿态,改善柔韧、灵活等专项身体素质。安排准备活动既要注重实效性、针对性、全面性,同时还应有一定的系统性和灵活性。充分利用准备活动的时间,合理安排出与教学内容密切相关的准备活动专门练习,为基本部分做好生理、心理和技术上的准备。The warming - up exercise the content of the artistic aerobatics teaching and the basic teaching material is closely,unites and has the identity. The warming- up exercise of The artistic aerobatics raises student＇s rhythm feeling and the coordination as well as the correct bodily posture, the improvement of pliancyand flexibility. The arrangement the warming- up exercise have to pay great attention to the actual effect,focalization and cimprehension, at the same time it also should have the certain systematic characteristic and the flexibility. The teacher should fully use the time of the warming - up exercise, reason ably arranges the warming - up exercise with the course content, specially to practice and complete physiological, psychological and the technical preparation for the major component.
