摘 要:在油田气体钻井中使用KQC系列空气锤,解决了泥浆钻井在中硬以上地层中钻速慢、易井斜的难题。钻机通过钻杆对井底空气锤施加钻压和转矩,空压机产生的高压气体驱动空气锤钻头对井底岩石进行冲击,形成快速的旋冲式破岩钻进。这种破岩方式要求的钻压和转矩较低,有效地降低了井斜,减少井下事故的发生。现场试验表明,使用KQC系列空气锤钻井,平均机械钻速比泥浆钻井提高5倍以上,同时具备防斜和纠斜的能力。介绍了KQC系列空气锤的结构特点、工作原理、技术参数、台架试验与现场试验情况及空气锤钻进中应注意的问题。KQC series of air hammers used iti gas drilling can solve certain problems, such as lower ROP (Rate of Penetration) and well deviation, which occurred in mud drilling in above medium hard formation. Rig transfers the pressure and torque to air hammers at the bottom of well through drill strings, while air hammer bit is driven by high-pressure air from air compressor to crush the rock continually at the bottom of the well, so as to do fast rotation drilling and rock strike crushing. This rock crushing mode only requires lower WOB (Weight on Bit) and lower torque, so it can control the deviation of well effectively and decrease the accidents at the bottom of well. Practical tests show that the ROP with KQC series of air hammer drilling is over five times higher than that with conventional mud drilling, together with the capacities of controlling and correcting well deviation. This paper presents the structure and characteristic, working principle, technical parameters, bench test and application test of KQC series air hammers, as welt as some attentive problems in KQC series of air hammer drilling.
