摘 要:传统的井口补偿器对稠油注汽井的注汽井口和地面注汽管线连接的相对位置有一定限制,不能满足注汽井口与注汽管线多方向连接的需要。研制的三维注汽井口补偿器由焊接短管、弯头、活动副和连接管等组成,与传统的井口补偿器相比,能够在三维空间内进行直向、斜向的转动。设计有高温高压密封总成,其中的特种密封件可以耐温370℃,耐压21 MPa,使井口补偿器在高温高压下密封更有效。现场应用表明,三维注汽井口补偿器很好地解决了注汽管线与注汽井口之间的多方向连接问题,扩大了井口补偿器的使用范围,为稠油热采井安全注汽提供了保障。The use of conventional wellhead compensator is restricted by relative position of wellhead and surface steam injection pipeline and the need of multi-direction connection of wellhead and surface steam injection pipeline can not be met. Aiming at this problem, three-dimensional wellhead compensator is developed. It is made up of soldering pup joints, elbow joints, running pairs and connecting pipes. Compared with conventional wellhead compensator, three-dimensional wellhead compensator can turn in straight and oblique directions. Its HTHP seal assembly can meet the demand of high temperature up to 370℃ and high pressure of 21MPa, which improves sealing effect of compensator under HTHP conditions. Field application shows that three-dimen- sional wellhead compensator can solve the problem of multi-direction connection of wellhead and surface steam injection pipeline, widening application range of compensator and ensuring safe steam injection in thermal heavy oil production wells.
