摘　　要：通过对在用ZJ40型机械钻机的分析,结合现场使用需要,研究并应用目前钻井装备比较成熟的经验和技术,本着少改动原有结构和低成本原则,进行合理改造,提高了该类钻机的经济性、适用性和安全性,降低了操作者的劳动强度,在同类钻机的改造上具有很好的参考价值。According to the defect analysis of rig ZJ40, to meet the oil field＇s need, we studied and utilized the last experience and technology of drilling equipment to modify it reasonably without changing its original structure in low cost. The result proved that it not only improved the economical efficiency, applicability, security, and reduced operating intensity, but has good application and dissemination as well.
