摘　　要：介绍了国内4家尿素厂水溶液全循环装置尿素合成塔发生的爆炸事故;分析了出料管爆炸原因;对塔内气相空间爆炸两个案例进行了较详细的分析。认为:无论是出料管爆炸还是气相空间爆炸均系化学爆炸。In this paper, the author introduces the accidents of explosion occurred in four urea plants with solution total recycle process, analyzes the reason causing urea outlet explosion, discusses in detail the two cases called gas phase space explosion, which comes to the conclusion that all these explosions, outlet explosion or gas phase space explosion, are chemical explosion.
