摘  要:对20只动脉硬化的雄性新西兰兔作了血管腔内超声(IVUS)显象和病理学检查,测定脂质斑块的截面积、厚度以及病变血管管腔的截面积和直径。结果:实验家兔均有动脉脂质沉积的病理改变;超声显象示血管壁内面有突向腔内的低回声区,其面积为0.71±0.26mm2,厚度达0.27±0.09mm,与病理学检查所见斑块相符,提示用IVUS对脂质斑块作在体量化是切实可行的。To develop a new means of quantitating lipid deposits in vivo the authors performed intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) imaging on twenty atherosclerotic male New Zealand White rabbits, measured the sectional area and thickness of the plaques, the lumen area and diameter in lesion arteries. The results revealed that all of the rabbits were found with lipid deposits with the features of hypoechosic areas in IVUS image that adhered to the inner of the arterial walls and were coincided with the histopathologic observations. The sec tional area of the plaques was 0.71±0.26mm 2,and the thickness was 0.27±0.09mm. The authors consider that IVUS imaging would be a new means of quantitative assessment for the lipid deposits in vivo.
