肾血管性高血压大鼠血小板内游离钙等的变化

摘　　要：建立二肾一夹型肾血管性高血压大鼠（２Ｋ１ＣＲＨＲ）模型，并在术前和术后８周时（高血压稳定期）测定大鼠血小板胞浆内游离钙浓度（［Ｃａ２＋］ｉ）、血小板聚集率（ＰＡｇ）及血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ（ＡⅡ）含量。结果：高血压大鼠血浆ＡⅡ略升高（Ｐ＞０．０５），血小板内［Ｃａ２＋］ｉ及ＰＡｇ均明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。The renovascular hypertension animal models were successfully established in rats by using “2Kidney,1Clip”method. The plasma AⅡ, the platelet cytosolic free calcium concentration([Ca 2+ ] i) and the platelet aggregation (PAg) rate were measured 8 weeks after the operation (at the stable stage of hypertension). The results showed that the [Ca 2+ ] i and PAg rate increased significantly(P<0.01), whereas plasma AⅡ only slightly elevated (P>0.05). These findings suggest that the abnormality of the intracellular calcium and platelet activity were existing during the sustaining period of hypertension in the 2K1CRHR.
