摘  要:采用有性杂交和激光红宝石辐照交替进行,选育出蛋白质、脂肪含量高的菜用大青豆—AC10。AC10系早熟、适应性广、抗逆性强、耐迟播、产量高、效益好的新品种。全生育期110天,80—85天采摘青毛豆荚,单产鲜毛豆荚700公斤以上,老豆单产160公斤左右。据测试蛋白质含量48.32%,脂肪含量21.36%,合计69.68%,为国内豆类中最高。种植AC10亩经济效益900—1500元,AC10选育成功,不仅丰富了“菜兰子”。Having tested and bred for more than a decade, a new variety AC 10 of big green soybean with great high content of protein and fat for vegetables was obtained by using hybridization combined with laser irradiation alternatively. The AC 10 had the characteristics as follows: early maturity, wider adaptability, high desease resistance, tolerant to sow late, high yield and good beneficial results. It's total growing period was 110 days. Green young soybean could be picked off for 80-85 days. The per unit area yield of fresh young soybean was above 700 kg. The old ones about 160kg. By the millet test center of The Agriculture Department of our country it has been determined that the content of protein and fat in AC 10 reached to 48.32% and 21.36% respectively, which were the highest of legume crops in the country.Planting big green soybean AC 10 for vegetables could gain tremendous economic benefits. The income per mu was 900-1, 500 Yuan. The success in breeding big green soybean AC 10 for vegetables not only enriched 'vegetable basket', but also had broad prospects in development and application.
