警察婚姻家庭权利义务法律保障之探求

摘　　要：现实社会中存在的不良执法环境、警察超强负荷的工作状态等问题,使得对警察婚姻家庭权利义务的保护处于不利状态。为扭转这种现状,应当从立法上予以改变。建议在《人民警察法》或《警衔条例》中增加特别条款,以保障警察的法定婚姻家庭权利义务的实现。Problems of unfavorable law enforcement environment and overloaded working situation of police officers in the present society have made it disadvantageous to legally protect their rights and obligations in marriages and families. To change this situation, some innovation should be carried out in legislation. It is suggested that special items be added in ＂Law of People ＇s Police＂ or ＂Ordinance of Police Ranks＂ to guarantee the realization of legal rights and obligations in marriages and families of police officers.
