抑食肼对槐尺蠖和丝绵木金星尺蠖的杀虫效果

摘　　要：在室内条件下测定了抑食肼对槐尺蠖和丝绵木金星尺蠖的杀虫效果，结果表明：（1）抑食肼对槐尺蠖和丝绵木金星尺蠖有良好的胃毒和触杀活性．同神经毒剂敌敌畏相比，抑食肼的速效性稍差，但持效性好。（2）抑食肼柜食迅速，处理12～24小时后幼虫取食被抑制，同时出现头壳剥离．（3）组织病理检查证明：抑食肼可诱导丝绵术金星尺蠖5龄幼虫出现皮质溶离，其作用类似于蜕皮激素。Insecticidal effects of RH5849 against Semioihisa cinerearia Bremer et Grey and Calospilos suspecta Warren were determined in lab. Results were as follows: (1) RH5849 showed potent stomach and contact toxicity.Although RH5849 acted more slowly than DDVP it had a long residual activity. (2) The antifeeding test showed tha insects tested were induced head capsule oplysis and further feeding was inhibited by exposare to RH5849 for 12-24 hours. (3) Flistological examination revealed tha RH5849, mimicking the activity of the natural ecdysone, indoced a premature and lethal larval molt.
