柳州市社区卫生服务网络信息系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：采用C/S结构和对等共享结构设计与实现柳州市社区卫生服务网络系统。该系统由基础数据、档案管理、免疫预防管理等13个模块组成,能够解决社区信息数据的分析与共享问题,使相关部门可以更清晰的了解管辖区域的卫生体系的整体情况,为政府、医疗科研机构提供更多更加有效的参考数据,同时还优化了社区居民的诊疗过程。该系统能够为社区居民、社区卫生服务站管理者和工作者提供全方位的、高效的医疗卫生服务、卫生咨询以及卫生信息统计等服务。The community health information systems of Liuzhou city is designed and implemented by means of C/S and P2p sharing structure.The system consists of basic data,file management immunity and prevention management and some other modes,It can be employed to find a solution to analyze and share the community information data,help the related departments know well about the overall situation in their districts.The system can provide the community residents,the community heath service stations with comprehensive and medical service,health inquiry,and health data statistics.
