不同年龄大鼠小脑浦肯野细胞超微结构的变化

摘　　要：对不同年龄雄性Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠小脑蚓部皮质浦肯野细胞的超微结构进行了观察。结果表明，随年龄增长神经元内的细胞器和内涵物发生了明显变化。浦肯野细胞内粗面内质网、高尔基复合体等细胞器数量有不同程度减少；微管增加；粗面内质网排列失序，网腔扩张；高尔基器排列紊乱，囊腔扩张；线粒体扩张或固缩，基质密度降低或增高；脂褐素增加；树突内微丝、微管增加，可见空泡及膜性髓样结构。The Purkinje cells in the cerebellar cortex of Wistar rats aged 3,12,and 27 months were observed under electron microscope.A series of morphological changes was shown in the perikaryon of the Purkinje cells in aged rats.The major changes took place in the cytoplasm including reduction of organelles and increase of microtubles and lipofuscin granules.The cisternae of rough endoplasmic reticulum(rER) and thesacs of Golgi apparatus appeared irregular ordered and dilated.Mitochondria swelled or condensed,there were changes in the density of the mitochondria matrix.In the dendrites,the microtubles and microfilaments increased.Unusual vesical degeneration and membraneous myelin like structure were seen in some dendrites.
