摘　　要：本文对皮革微观组织结构进行了量化表征,提出了一种检测分析皮革微观组织结构的新方法,建立了微观结构与成革物理性能之间的数学模型,从理论上总结出微观结构与成革感官性能之间的量化关系,为制革生产由经验控制型向参数控制型转变奠定理论基础。On the basis of the quantization characteristic, a new method of analysing the micro-organized leather structure was put forward in this paper. The establishment of the mathematic models between the microstructure and the physical properties of the finished leather resulted in the theoretic summarization of the quantization relations between the microstructure and the sensory properties of the finished leather. Thus the theoretical foundation has been laid for the control changes from the experience to the parameter in leather processing
