摘  要:以百合两个杂交组合,'Brunello'×'Yellow Jiant'和'Prato'×Lilium pumilum的亲本和杂交后代为试材,从染色体和DNA两个方面对杂交后代进行鉴定,比较杂交后代与亲本间的遗传差异和相似性。结果显示,两个杂交后代均为三倍体,由不同倍性的亲本杂交而来,且染色体随体丰富。用4对多态性高的SRAP引物对试材进行扩增。结果表明:杂交后代除了含有父母本的特征带,还具有父母本没有的谱带,且它们与母本间的遗传距离均小于其与父本间的遗传距离。核型分析和分子标记的结果一致,均证实了两个杂交后代的真实性,且两个杂交后代在遗传上均偏向母本。Two hybrids, ‘Brunello' בYellow Jiant' and ‘Prato' × Lilium pumilum, were identified by karyotype analysis and SRAP techniques. Genetic differences and similarity were compared between the parents and the progenies. The results showed that the two hybrids were both triploids, and contain abundant trabant. Four pairs of SRAP primer with higher polymorphism were used and the hybrid bands and complementary bands were found in the hybrids. Pairwise genetic distances between the hybrids and their female parents are smaller than that between the progenies and their male parents. The results of SRAP were in consistent with that of karyotype analysis. The two hybrids were both true progeny of their parents, and both with a genetic tendency to their female parents.
